Hello, I have been struggeling with this problem since one of our user's Windows 7 had a BOD screen. Since than Microsoft IT VPN software stopped working and even refuses reinstallation with error message: 'You do not have sufficient permissions to create new connections. Please contact your System Administrator.' I am administrator on that PC, as my user, but we are not able to reinstall or repair. Uninstallation seems to be fine, but the install gives every time the same error. I got the same with local administrator account too.
